The Auburn/Opelika Tourism Bureau will be coordinating hotel rooms from the start this year.  All Showcase teams will need to stay at official tournament hotels listed on the link on the left. The tournament will not be receiving commission or rebates. We are going to this procedure to guarantee teams the best rate and to decrease the chance at being bumped by a hotel at the last minute due to overbooking. We will ask you for your hotel before teams are accepted to make sure that they have followed our system.

Teams will have their choice of any hotel on the list as long as rooms are available at their chosen property. Please call the Auburn Tourism Bureau toll-free at 866-880-8747 or fax them at 334-821-5500 your Rooming List. They will forward it to your selected property and that property will contact you for payment. The Tourism Bureau office will keep a record of rooms booked at each property and help insure teams get what they requested and are not bumped due to over-booking.

No non-commuting teams will be accepted to the tournament unless they have their confirmation numbers for a property on our Approved list. Please understand this is to help tournament teams get the best rate possible and to keep them from being bumped as a few teams were last year.
