All non-commuting tournament teams must stay at an approved tournament hotel. The list of approved tournament hotels can be found at the link on the left. The tournament is receiving no commisions or rebates and is going to this system to help insure teams get the best rate and are not bumped due to over booking.

Teams should email the name of the approved hotel and their reservation confirmation to nearpost@charter.net as soon after they have applied. No non-commuting teams will be accepted without this information.
