Our U-8 program is designed for 1st and 2nd graders who have ideally played in our Soccer FUN-damentals program but previous experience is not required. In this age group, teams will have 4 players on the field at a time without a goalkeeper. Skill development in this age group will continue to focus on dribbling and shooting on goal with the addition of passing and receiving. As with our other programs, enoyment and fun will be stressed to all players.
The U-8 program will meet on Tuesdays and Fridays. Tuesday’s session will primarily be a practice session with the Friday session including a match against another in-house Crusader FC team. The Monday practice session will be held immediately after school with the Thursday match session beginning slightly later so that parents may attend.
Players in this age group will be encouraged to continue to develop their dribbling skills but will also be introduced to the skills of passing and receiving.

Dates - Tuesdays and Fridays beginning Feb.7th and ending on April 27th.
Times - Tuesdays - 3:30 - 4:30, Fridays - 3:30 - 5pm
Cost - $105 ($95 for Shannon families)
