Please click link on the left for online application. Payment may be made at the time of application with a credit card or a check may be mailed in. Please note that this is a secure site and payment by credit card at time of application is highly recommended.  Payment by check must be received within 10 days of application or the application will be deleted.  If your plans change on attending after submitting your application, please inform us immediately.

 

Please check the Applications Received link on the tournament home page to verify your application and payment have been received. Teams that have applied will be listed on that page on a daily basis as their application is received.

 

Team acceptances/rejections will be posted on the Accepted Teams link by Saturday, June 6th.
