Pre-orders for the 2007 Tallahassee Invitational are now being accepted. Team contacts should email their sizes to nearpost@bellsouth.net The pre-orders can then be picked up and paid for at team registration/check-in on Friday, Feb.23. Tee shirts come in sizes youth med., youth large, adult small, adult med., adult large, adult XL , adult XXL. The tee shirt will be a white 100% cotton Gildan and will have the design above on the front and team names on the back. Cost will be $12 pre-ordered and $15 at the fields. Please only team orders will be accepted for pre-orders and must be received by Wed., Feb.21.
Dear Coach/Youth Soccer Enthusiast:
We would like to invite you and your team to the third annual Tallahassee Invitational, hosted by the Tallahassee United Futbol Club and directed by Jay Wingo of Near Post Soccer. We are very proud of our outstanding facilities and hospitality and want to share both with you. In addition to our high quality facilities, we have an experienced, friendly staff of volunteers, expertly led by Near Post Soccer, who are prepared to show you a great weekend of soccer. We are committed to only accepting a maximum of 80 teams in the U-9 through U-14 age groups to help ensure a high quality event for you and your team.
The vast majority, if not all, of our tournament matches will be played at the picturesque Meadows Soccer Complex, on the north side of Tallahassee. Our outstanding tournament location will allow us to attract teams from Florida, Alabama, Georgia and Mississippi. We are committed to placing all teams in groups that assure them the most enjoyable, competitive matches against teams they do not normally play.
Excellent facilities, limited number of teams, great location, and a tremendous tournament staff with years of tournament experience and contacts will help guarantee an outstanding weekend of soccer for you and your team. Please plan to join us for what promises to be a great tournament experience.
